Stella Stephanopoulos on meaningful convos and her favorite protein powder
Stella Stephanopoulos π
Stella is an Innovation Consultant at Accenture, a yoga instructor, and the founder of
: a podcast & newsletter about the joy of daily living. On it, she discusses mental health & happiness with great guests like Jack Carlson of Rowing Blazers, Lily Geiger of Figlia, and Sports Illustrated model Ella Halikas, to name a few. Sheβs based in New York and β on a personal note β has an incredibly grounding energy which I have a feeling youβll be able to pick up onβ¦What is your fridge philosophy?Β
The simpler the better.
Your fridge is always always always stocked with ____.
Bananas. Well, thatβs not really my fridge, but I definitely always have bananas.
Top 5 condiments, go.
I guess Iβm not really a condiments girlβ¦ I typically stick to the basics like olive oil, mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc.
Fine, Iβll open it up to pantry too. Letβs hear your favorite snacks / pantry staples:Β
Some sort of crisp/cracker situation. I love the gluten free crisps at Trader Joeβs.
I love Graza Olive Oil β the Sizzle and the Drizzle both, so good.
A meal thatβs on heavy rotation these days:
Iβm such a breakfast person. My go-to lately has been cottage cheese with banana, blueberries, cinnamon, granola, and a Truvani vanilla protein shake.

Letβs go a little deeperβ¦Β
Whatβs the mantra you keep coming back to?
This too shall pass.
What products / practices are part of your regular mental wellness habits?Β
Journaling, always
Going for a really long walk and listening to music
I also love teaching yoga. Itβs not even about the practice itself, it really feels amazing to give back to others through teaching
And your physical?
Doing my Gua Sha every morning!
Finding some sort of movement every day, whether it be strength training, pilates, or a long run/walk.
What do you think is the most underrated part of wellness?Β
Itβs free! Feeling a sense of joy and fulfillment is wellness. You donβt need all the cold plunges and stuff, wellness is having everything you need and having good people around you.
β¦and overrated?
Chasing the next trend, whatever that may be.
Picture this: you wake up one morning and feel like shit. Whatβs your next move:Β
Going back to sleep for a little? π«£ Then Iβll go outside for a little and probably call a friend.
Give us your ride or die wellness products:
Iβm pretty simple when it comes to productsβ¦ but I do love my Gua Sha. Also, Iβm always in athleisure, so I guess my Beyond Yoga and Alo fits?
One thing you do everyday that makes you the most YOU version of yourself:Β
Having a conversation with depth! I feel most like myself when Iβm able to have a conversation that hits beneath the surface and really fills my cup up. Realistically, itβs not an everyday thing, but I try!
Whose taste inspires you?!Β
My mom! Sheβs so fashionable, and she always knows how to put something together thatβs tasteful.Β
Big thank you to Stella for showing us a little taste (sorry) of her life. You can listen to her podcast here and find her fridge favorites and more here.
