What is your fridge philosophy?ย
Opening my fridge should feel like opening my makeup cabinet โ colorful, random yet everything is perfectly placed.
Overall philosophy is to always keep a treat in your fridge, whether it's a yummy drink, a bar of dark chocolate, literally anything that brings you joy. Invest in the little fun things like olive oil, fancy butter, imported curry powder, whatever you need to inspire the best dishes.

Lime La Croix (I wonโt drink any other flavors) and Pedialyte, lol. Having a chronic illness means needing to be prepared with random tools that can help stabilize your pain or help regulate your body โ Pedialyte is that thing for me, haha.

My mom and I go to the West Adams Farmerโs Market every week. There is an amazing fish vendor there that catches everything that morning. After weeks of chatting with him, he taught me how to prepare an incredible salmon crudo (see photo).
My doctors have recommended finding foods to combat my chronic symptoms, one of which being abdominal inflammation. Salmon is incredible for that.
