Emma is the founder of Gr8 Collab, a consultancy, newsletter, and educational TikTok page centered around the cross-section of brands and design. She’s a frequent Architectural Digest contributor and was formerly the Head of Community + Curation at Thingtesting. Emma is based in Miami and has a brain I wish I could live in.
What is your fridge philosophy?

I’m trying to train myself to like spicy food so I’ve been buying the Trader Joe’s Taki knockoffs, idk if it’s working.
I’m addicted to the Spudsy vegan cheese puffs (I’m lactose intolerant).
Not that they need any PR, but there’s always Chocolate Sea Salt RX Bars in there too because I never get enough protein.
A meal that’s on heavy rotation these days:
I’m a hyper-fixation meal girl. I got an ad for the Sweetgreen Italian Chopped salad the other day & decided, I could make that. It’s mixed greens, shaved brussels sprouts, roasted chicken, salami, cucumbers, shredded carrots, banana peppers, olives, pomegranate seeds, and balsamic dressing. I’ve had it for lunch the last 4 days.

Working out first thing in the morning!! Vital for my mental wellness.

I started Parsley Health for my gut health last year, my doctor has changed my life. Literally everything is connected to the gut, it’s insane.
What do you think is the most underrated part of wellness?
Sleep!! I need a solid 9 hours to be my best.

Following internet roundups instead of listening to your own body and just doing what feels good for you.
