Iโm trying to train myself to like spicy food so Iโve been buying the Trader Joeโs Taki knockoffs, idk if itโs working.
Iโm addicted to the Spudsy vegan cheese puffs (Iโm lactose intolerant).
Not that they need any PR, but thereโs always Chocolate Sea Salt RX Bars in there too because I never get enough protein.
A meal thatโs on heavy rotation these days:
Iโm a hyper-fixation meal girl. I got an ad for the Sweetgreen Italian Chopped salad the other day & decided, I could make that. Itโs mixed greens, shaved brussels sprouts, roasted chicken, salami, cucumbers, shredded carrots, banana peppers, olives, pomegranate seeds, and balsamic dressing. Iโve had it for lunch the last 4 days.ย

Sleep!! I need a solid 9 hours to be my best.ย
