Marianna is the co-founder of the best-selling skincare line, Summer Fridays, and the host of the Life with Marianna podcast. Sheβs been an influencer (and entrepreneur) since well before the word was added to the dictionary, so Iβm very excited to see a bit behind the scenes of her glamorous social media lifestyle.
What is your fridge philosophy?Β
Always have something I can quickly grab on the go and I can never have enough beverage options.
Your fridge is always always always stocked with ____.
I am the person that always has at least three drink options on my desk and I love to have a variety in my fridge. I angel invest in brands and two of them are Olipop and TΓ‘che pistachio milk, both of which I was a customer prior to investing.Β
When I am busy and rushing out the door, Iβll grab a ready-made protein drink, and Koia has my favorite! But I prefer to make my smoothies at home. Actually, my love of smoothies led to my first Erewhon smoothie collaboration with them in March of 2022.
Fruits and veggies from the farmerβs market. Itβs my favorite weekend activity and I love going to see what is in season and stocking up for the week.Β
Iβm coming up on two years without drinking, I started with Dry January and it just kept going, so I love to try non-alcoholic mocktail canned drinks.
Persian cucumbers, turkey slices, ground beef, berries, coconut yogurt, cassava tortillas and every kind of condiment optionΒ
And I always have some skincare in my fridge and tools in the freezer. I keep a Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask in the fridge, and it feels so nice to apply a cool mask to my skin when Iβm feeling exhausted. In my freezer I keep an ice roller and a TheraICE Cap which is so comforting if you have a headache.

I love to make smoothies! My favorite recipe right now is Kos Chocolate Protein powder, peanut butter, banana, frozen avocado, spinach, flax seeds and chia seeds.

Whatβs the mantra you keep coming back to?
I donβt have a mantra, but a vital part of my routine is taking time for my gratitude practice. Every day, I list things Iβm grateful for. They can be big or small things, and sometimes I repeat the things Iβm grateful for, but itβs been such a meaningful ritual for me.
What products / practices are part of your regular mental wellness habits?Β
I meditate every morning and do breath work at night; my morning sessions typically focus on visualization, while at night, I do breath work to relax and calm down. I also love using red light therapy, and Iβve been incorporating my Joov light every day into my routine.
And your physical?
Iβve been strength training for the past year and have been focused on building more muscle and I always do my skincare routine no matter what morning and night.
What do you think is the most underrated part of wellness?Β
To be consistent! It can be mundane, but small daily habits add up to my overall well being and the benefits that come from the consistency of a good wellness routine have positively impacted my life.Β
β¦ and overrated?
I love to test and try different wellness trends or products but do what works for you. Just because someone else loves it, or its trendy doesnβt mean its the best thing for you β I used to try to do everything and found certain things didnβt work for me and thatβs okay. It took me a long time to test and try what mix of things worked best for my morning routines, the types of meditation I liked, and the workouts I enjoy the most.

I make it a point to stick to my morning routine - it really sets the tone for the day and if I miss it I really feel rushed all day long.
