ooo love these recs. I swear by my trigger ball and bring it everywhere I travel! itโ€™s worth every inch of the carry-on space. 20 min of rolling every night before bed is truly transformative, especially when Iโ€™m off my normal pilates/barre/yoga routine

Itโ€™s especially amazing as a foot massager! Try standing on it with one foot (while you hold onto the wall) and roll around on it
