Ok amazing question - it filters out thru ur kidneys and via your sweat, urine, etc etc (I went down a rabbit hole on this)
There’s two major lymph ducts in your upper chest where the all the fluid drains back into your blood vessels/ circulatory system. The waste can then be cleared and/or recycled via the usual routes: kidneys, liver, etc.
